About Account Deletion
1.Account deletion is irreversible. Once your account is deleted, you will not be able to regain access to it and Acureus may no longer be able to offer services to you.
2.Data associated with your account will be deleted as part of the account deletion process will not be recoverable. This includes content (e.g: user generated content such as sketches/artwork), game progress (e.g: quest completions), and other game data. Purchased licences for in-game virtual currencies (e.g: ink, mobile ad removal.), virtual items (e.g: characters, skins), other entitlements, or services will also be lost and will be forfeited pursuant to Acureus’s Terms of Use
3. We may keep certain information for a longer period of time in order to comply with legal requirements and for safety and security reasons. Learn more about this in our Privacy Policy
To start the account deletion process, please click the button below or send an email to contact(at)acureus.com that includes either your: Steam ID, Google/Apple account email address, or the email address you used to register your account.
We will delete your personal information within 30 days of receiving your request.
In exceptional cases where requests are complex or numerous (e.g: many published wordlists/art collections), we may extend this period by up to an additional 60 days, in line with GDPR requirements. If this happens, we will notify you within the initial 30-day period.
